I would love to help you free yourself from limiting beliefs, from societal expectations and self-doubt. I provide a space where you can express freely without judgement or shame. At the core of it all is finding out what you really want in life and then going for it. It’s about being madly in love with yourself. It’s about connecting to your inner-wisdom, self-care, healthy boundaries, self-acceptance, self -awareness and clear communication, it's about how to express yourself in this world feeling more empowered and with a sense of purpose. Some of the things we can look at: - Your thoughts (what you believe to be true, the stories you tell yourself) - Your feelings (your emotional response to your thoughts) - Your actions (what you choose to do based on your thoughts and feelings) My commitment to you is total dedication to your goals. A bit about bodywork...
Erotic touch has been all but lost in our contemporary Western world. As a result our culture looks to media, religion, the medical profession to inform us about our bodies, sexuality and erotic energy. We often have forgotten or never learned about the wisdom of our bodies or our internal intuition. We have very often never learned or explored what our deepest desires and our sources of pleasure are. For some we have never had the opportunity to explored erotic and sexual energy or our physical body. For others certain beliefs, relationships, family roles or societal expectations prevented us from fully embracing ourselves. We very often have no method or skills to ask for or create the erotic or sexual experience we so desire. Every session is unique, and developed based on the client’s needs, desires, and intention. My bodywork practice includes utilizing Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent. The Wheel is a beautiful model to help explain, demonstrate, and embody empowered consent, directions of touch, choice, and voice. Due to the sensitive nature of this work, I strongly recommend having 1 or more talk session prior to doing bodywork. This gives us the opportunity to build a working relationship which is built on trust and understanding. From there those newly discovered areas, sensations, and curiosities can be thoroughly and safely explored, Through physical bodywork, the learning happens in your body, we work at a pace which your body is able to receive and integrate information. This is not cerebral, textbook learning, but a delicate unfolding of new experiences and understandings which evolve into new ways of being present in your body. **Reminder: there is no full service, oral sex or intercourse of any kind during these sessions** There are many reasons how these coaching and bodywork sessions can help, some of these include:
