Hello, my name is Yvan.
I have always been very curious about life and its beautiful mystery. My curiosity stems from an immense passion for life and a longing to experience fully what it is to be human. I have spent a lifetime asking myself questions with the intention of seeking the highest truth.
Who am I really? Why am I here? How can I best care for my body, mind and soul? How can I gain sovereignty in all areas of my life: emotional, spiritual, mental, physical and sexual? How can all of my relationships be meaningful, loving and nurturing?
I’ve learned to quiet my mind and my life so that I can hear the wise voice inside of me. I’ve developed the skills of deep listening, self-reflection and self-awareness. Some answers I’ve found, others are just around the corner. I’ve delved deeply into spirituality and spent years studying shamanism, embracing the power of sacred ceremonies and daily spiritual practices. Being a lifelong multi-medium artist has allowed me to develop patience and trust in the creative process. I am able to clearly see the places where I get stuck, trust my intuition and move through the blockages.
About my qualifications, I have studied many modalities of self-improvement, followed multiple spiritual paths, and have extensive life experience, but I am not a registered therapist. This means that I am not licensed to treat mental disorders. Instead, our focus is on identifying and shifting old patterns and behaviors and cultivating inner harmony and peace.
